For clubs, associations, chambers, societies and chapters

Your members, events, dues and website, run from one place.

Change your site by describing what you want. On the Studio plan, your member records and dues sit in a database your organisation owns. Already on another platform? Paste your current address and see your site rebuilt, free and with no card.

Moving from Wild Apricot? Your members, events and dues can come across too, as part of the Studio plan.

What moves over

  • Members & levels

    Records, membership levels and groups.

  • Events

    Events and their registrations.

  • Money

    Invoices and payment history.

  • Email

    Your email history.

  • Website

Pages, words and pictures, rebuilt on our templates.

Your uploaded files — PDFs, newsletters, photo archives — can't be reached automatically, so those are a manual upload. You get a checklist of exactly what's outstanding.

How the move works

  1. Paste your address

See your site rebuilt on our templates in a few minutes. Free, no card.

  2. We check the account

Connect a read-only Wild Apricot key and we show what we found — contacts, levels, events, invoices — before anything moves.

  3. Your data comes across

Members, levels, groups, events, registrations, invoices, payments and email history land in a database that belongs to you. Included in Studio.

  4. Your new site goes live

Hosted with SSL, designed to feel familiar to your members. Nobody is emailed and nobody gets a login until you say so.

  5. You take it from there

Change anything by describing it. A snapshot is saved before every publish, so one click undoes it.

Built for volunteer boards

Nobody on your committee needs to be technical. You change the site by describing the change; the AI makes it on a private draft, a second AI checks it, and nothing goes live until you publish.

Your data, your database

On the Studio plan, your member records live in a Postgres database that belongs to your organisation — not a shared table in ours. Query it, export it, take it elsewhere any time.

Your committee runs the roster

Members, officers and admins have their own roles, separate from who holds an account with us — so your treasurer and membership secretary don't each need a seat.

What it costs

Pick by what you need to do, not by how many members you have — the price doesn't change with your member count. Trying it is free and needs no card.

Use your own AI subscription

Already pay for an AI plan? Bring it. Two ways to edit without spending editing credits:

  • In the editor: sign in with your Claude plan and your edits run on that plan instead of your credits.
  • From the Claude or ChatGPT app: connect it to your site. Your AI writes the pages; we host and publish them.

Your AI plan is billed by its provider, not by us. How to set it up →

Questions

What comes across from Wild Apricot?

Your information: member records and membership levels, groups, events and registrations, invoices and payment history, and your email history. It lands in a Postgres database that belongs to your organisation — you can query it, export it and take it elsewhere. The connector only reads from Wild Apricot. It never changes anything in your account.

What do we have to do ourselves?

Paste your address to see the rebuilt site — that is free and needs nothing from you. Moving your members, events and dues across is part of the Studio plan; for that you create a read-only key in Wild Apricot (about a minute; we show you where). Your uploaded files — PDFs, newsletters, photo archives — can't be reached through Wild Apricot, so those are a manual upload. You get a checklist of exactly what is outstanding rather than finding out later.

Will our current site go down?

No. The rebuild is a separate copy on its own address. Your current site keeps serving until you decide to point your domain at us.

Can our treasurer or membership secretary use it without paying for a seat?

Yes. Your members area has its own roles (member, officer, admin), managed from your own site and separate from who holds a SiteCTRL account. Admins can give your treasurer access to the finance pages.

How is members-only content kept private?

On the server, not by hiding it in the page. Content lives in collections whose names carry the access level, and one gate checks every read and write. There is no private page a visitor can reach by guessing the address.

What does it cost?

The plans and prices are in the Pricing section above, and they are the same whatever your member count. To compare with what you pay today, check your own invoice against Wild Apricot's pricing page.

Who is behind MemberCTRL?

SiteCTRL — a real company, and a real person answers every email. Use the Email us link above before you commit and we'll tell you what your move would look like.
